Quotations supplied are valid for 7 days. Your BOOKING WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER A DEPOSIT PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Once an event is confirmed, an invoice will be sent. A deposit of £150 is required for all hogroast and BBQ bookings, and £50 for ice-cream bookings with the deposit payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
All deposits are refundable up to 1 month prior to the event date, however any events cancelled withing the 1 month period prior to the event date is non-refundable.
4. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19
In the event of Covid-19 restrictions being imposed by the UK Government, there are 2 options;
1. Reschedule a booking to a later date once restrictions have been lifted.
2. Cancel and receive a full refund.
5. FINAL NUMBERS
We are aware that things can change and request that final numbers are given at least 7 days prior to the event.
6. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (including allergies) at your earliest convenience. We will endeavour to provide an alternative menu if we are informed of this at least 7 days prior to event date.
7. BALANCE PAYMENTS
Balance payments on invoices are to be paid prior to the event date. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We do not currently have the facility to accept debit/credit card payments.
